Kenneth H. Polk, CEO
Ken is the Chief Executive Officer of Founders Trust Company. Ken is the founder of Arlington Partners LLC, a multi-family office built to serve the needs of families. Ken attended David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee where he received his degree in accounting and finance. Mr. Polk began his career as a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche. Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
William K. Nicrosi II, President and COO
William is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Founders Trust Company. William is a is a Member of Arlington Partners LLC. Mr. Nicrosi is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama where he received his degree in accounting and finance. William is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
Mark J. Brown, CIO
Mark is the Chief Investment Officer of Founders Trust Company. Mr. Brown is a graduate of Florida State University where he received his degree in Finance. Mr. Brown has over twenty-five years of Investment Management experience including the last nine years with Synovus Financial as President of their Investment Advisory group managing seven billion dollars for Family Offices, Endowments and Charitable Institutions. Mark's prior experience included fifteen years with Compass Bancshares in Birmingham managing fiduciary trust services. Mr. Brown has been recognized for investment performance by Lipper Analytical Services.
Wayne M. Langevin
Wayne is Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer of Founders Trust Company. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer. Wayne is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management. He is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and a Certified Retirement Services Professional.
Susan R. Moon, Trust Officer
Susan is responsible for personal trust services. She received a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University. Before joining Founders Trust Company, she worked in the trust department for Wachovia.
Heather Jones
Heather is a Trust Assistant with Founders Trust Company. She participates in the delivery of administrative and operations services for clients. Prior to joining the company, she worked for a multi-national consumer products company.
